PACKAGINGWALA · TERMS OF SERVICE

Clear terms.
Better business.

The terms that apply when you explore our packaging solutions, place an order, purchase barcodes or use our website services.

Terms & ConditionsEffective date: 24 October 2026

These terms should be read with the applicable quotation, order confirmation, manufacturing terms, refund policy, shipping policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to PackagingWala. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the PackagingWala website, packaging and printing services, product enquiries, online store, barcode purchasing facilities, customer accounts and product registration or verification features.

By accessing our website, creating an account, submitting an enquiry, placing an order or purchasing a service, you agree to the terms applicable to that activity. If you do not agree, please do not use the relevant service.

Additional terms communicated in a quotation, approved artwork, order confirmation or service-specific policy may also apply to the relevant transaction.

2. Eligibility and Customer Information

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to place an order or use our paid services. If you act on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it.

You agree to provide accurate and complete contact, billing, delivery, product and business information, and to update it when necessary. Incorrect information may cause delays, delivery issues or errors in order processing.

3. Customer Accounts and Security

Where account registration is available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities performed through your account, subject to applicable law.

Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access or misuse of your account. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, security concerns, unlawful use or a material breach of these terms.

Account history, order details, barcode records and downloadable files may be made available through the customer dashboard according to the services purchased and the features available.

4. Products, Quotations and Orders

PackagingWala offers packaging-related products and services, which may include pouches, cartons, printing, artwork and design assistance, consultancy and other solutions described on the website.

Product descriptions, mock-ups, images and examples are provided to explain available options. Actual specifications, materials, finishes, prices, quantities and delivery arrangements are governed by the applicable quotation and confirmed order.

An enquiry or quotation request is not itself a confirmed order. Orders may be subject to specification review, artwork approval, payment requirements, material availability and written confirmation.

We will communicate material changes to a quotation or order where reasonably practicable. Any additional charges should be disclosed and agreed upon as applicable before the relevant work proceeds.

5. Manufacturing, Production and Technical Tolerances

Custom packaging is manufactured according to the specifications agreed for the relevant order. Customers should review dimensions, material specifications, thickness, printing, finishes, quantities and other requirements before approving production.

Estimated production timelines

The previous PackagingWala manufacturing terms describe indicative timelines of approximately 20–25 working days for standard orders without a cylinder, and 30–45 working days for collaboration or mixed jobs and orders requiring a cylinder. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates, unless a different written commitment expressly applies.

Production may also be affected by artwork approval, payment, material availability, technical requirements, factory operations and other circumstances beyond reasonable control. Any additional production buffer communicated for an order should be considered alongside its confirmed schedule.

Quantity and technical variation

The previous manufacturing terms describe possible quantity variation of approximately ±5–10%, colour variation of approximately 1–2%, and a technical white line of approximately 2 mm in certain pouch-sealing applications. Actual tolerances depend on the product, material, production process and agreed specifications.

These figures are not a blanket waiver for defective, materially non-conforming or incorrectly manufactured goods. Report a concern promptly so the relevant order and technical specifications can be reviewed.

Production updates

Production photographs or videos may be shared where available and operationally feasible. Such updates are informational and do not replace the approved specifications or final quality review.

6. Artwork, Proofs and Customer Approvals

Customers must review and approve artwork, spelling, text, dimensions, layout, colours, product details, barcodes and other supplied information before production or final submission.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their supplied artwork, logos, images, text and instructions are accurate and that they have the rights and permissions required to use them.

Changes requested after approval may require additional time or charges. The previous PackagingWala manufacturing terms refer to plate-generation or revision charges, including a stated ₹1,500 charge for specified line revisions. Any such charge must be confirmed as applicable to the particular order before it is imposed.

PackagingWala may request clarification or decline material that appears unlawful, infringes third-party rights or cannot reasonably be produced as requested.

7. Pricing, Taxes and Payments

Prices, quantities, applicable taxes, design charges, plate or cylinder charges, freight and other costs will be stated in the applicable quotation, checkout or order confirmation.

The previous manufacturing terms describe a payment arrangement of 50% advance before production and the remaining balance before dispatch, with design and logistics charges separately applicable where specified. The payment schedule confirmed for your order governs that transaction.

Online payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Razorpay where enabled. Orders may remain pending until the payment provider confirms the transaction. Please do not treat a pending, failed or unverified payment as a confirmed successful purchase.

If a payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, contact support with the transaction reference. We will review the payment and order records and take appropriate steps based on the result.

8. Barcode Purchases and Allocation

Barcode packages, their prices, quantities and included services are described on the applicable product or checkout page. The details shown at the time of purchase and the order confirmation govern the purchased package.

Barcode allocation is subject to payment confirmation, the package purchased, system processing and any information required to complete the order. A payment acknowledgement alone does not establish that allocation has completed.

If an allocation appears missing, duplicated or incorrect, contact support with your order and payment references. We will investigate the records and correct a verified processing error as appropriate.

Customers must use allocated identifiers only in accordance with the purchased service, applicable product requirements and applicable law. A barcode purchase does not by itself guarantee acceptance by every retailer, marketplace, industry body or external database.

Do not describe a barcode, registration or verification result as a certification, regulatory approval or endorsement unless that status has actually been granted by the relevant authorised organisation.

9. Product Registration, Lookup and Scanner

Customers using product registration must provide accurate information and ensure that they are authorised to submit it. You are responsible for reviewing product names, descriptions, images and other details before submission.

Information displayed through a public product lookup or verification feature may be visible to people who access that feature. Do not submit personal, confidential or commercially sensitive information into fields intended for public display.

Scanner, lookup and verification tools are provided to assist users in accessing available barcode or product information. Results may depend on data submitted, system availability and third-party devices or services. A scan alone does not independently prove the authenticity, safety, ownership or regulatory compliance of a physical product.

We may correct, restrict or remove inaccurate, unlawful or unauthorised submitted information after appropriate review.

10. Cancellation, Refunds and Returns

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the type of service, order status, production stage and applicable law. The applicable cancellation and refund policy should be read together with these terms and the confirmed order.

Custom manufacturing orders

The previous PackagingWala manufacturing terms describe a ₹5,000 deduction for certain cancellations after design finalisation but before plate or cylinder manufacture, with the remaining amount refunded within 5–7 working days. They also describe advance forfeiture for cancellation within a specified 24-hour period after plate approval and restrictions on cancellation after that period.

These provisions are stage-specific and must be confirmed against the manufacturing policy and order confirmation before application. They are not a blanket exclusion of refunds or remedies required by applicable law.

Custom-made goods may have different cancellation and return conditions from standard, unused products. Where goods are defective, damaged, materially different from the confirmed specifications or affected by a verified production error, contact us with supporting details so the matter can be assessed.

Barcode and digital services

Barcode packages and digital deliverables may have different cancellation or refund conditions depending on whether allocation, registration or delivery has taken place. Any applicable terms must be disclosed for the relevant purchase and remain subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

For a cancellation, refund or return request, contact support with your order number, payment reference and reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed through the applicable payment method or another agreed lawful method.

11. Shipping, Dispatch and Delivery

Dispatch and delivery estimates depend on the product, production status, payment clearance, destination and selected transport arrangement.

For manufacturing orders, the previous PackagingWala terms require outstanding balances to be cleared before dispatch. Tracking details have been described as generally being generated or shared within 48–72 hours after the relevant clearance and dispatch process, where applicable. Actual timing may vary.

Shipping costs, freight arrangements, transit insurance, delivery responsibility and any Ex-Works, FOB or customer-selected transporter conditions must be set out in the applicable quotation or shipping terms. Such trade terms apply only where expressly agreed and relevant to the transaction.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and reasonable instructions for receipt. Delays may arise from transport providers, incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, weather, operational disruption or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If a shipment is delayed, lost or damaged, notify us promptly and preserve relevant packaging, delivery records and photographs where available. We will review the issue in accordance with the applicable shipping arrangement and mandatory legal rights.

12. Intellectual Property and Website Content

Unless otherwise stated, the website's text, branding, graphics, design, software and other content are owned by PackagingWala or used with permission. They may not be copied, republished, sold or commercially exploited without the required authorisation.

Customers retain rights they already hold in their own artwork, logos and materials. By submitting such materials, you grant permission for them to be used as reasonably necessary to prepare quotations, produce and fulfil orders, provide requested services and resolve related issues.

Customer materials will not automatically become PackagingWala's property merely because they were submitted for an order. Any separate portfolio, advertising or promotional use should have an appropriate legal basis and, where required, customer permission.

You must not use our website, trademarks, content or systems in a manner that infringes intellectual property rights or applicable law.

13. Reviews, Comments and User Submissions

Where reviews, comments, artwork or other submissions are accepted, you must ensure they are lawful, accurate to the best of your knowledge and do not infringe another person's rights.

Do not submit fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, abusive, misleading or unlawful content, or content containing malware or unauthorised personal information.

We may review, moderate, restrict or remove submissions that reasonably appear to violate these terms or applicable law. Submission of content does not transfer ownership of that content to PackagingWala.

14. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activities

You must not:

  • Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive activities.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data.
  • Interfere with website security, availability or normal operation.
  • Upload malicious code or misuse forms, checkout or registration features.
  • Submit false payment claims, counterfeit product information or misleading barcode records.
  • Copy, scrape, resell or commercially exploit website content or data without authorisation.
  • Infringe third-party intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights.

We may investigate suspected misuse and take proportionate steps, including restricting access or referring the matter to relevant authorities where appropriate.

15. Intellectual Property Complaints and Unlawful Content

If you believe that content on the website infringes your rights or is unlawful, contact PackagingWala with the relevant page or content details, an explanation of the concern and supporting information sufficient for us to review the matter.

We may request further information, restrict access to disputed content where appropriate and take action in accordance with applicable law. Submitting a complaint does not guarantee removal before review or determine the ultimate legal rights of the parties.

16. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may rely on third-party payment processors, hosting providers, logistics companies, external websites or other integrations. Their own terms and policies may apply to the services they provide.

We are not responsible for the independent content or policies of external websites. However, nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

17. Service Availability and Disclaimers

We aim to keep the website and its services available and accurate, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, updates, network failures or other technical circumstances may temporarily affect availability.

Product suitability, manufacturing feasibility, colour reproduction, scanner results and third-party delivery performance may depend on factors beyond the website description alone. Customers should confirm important specifications and requirements before placing an order.

Nothing in these terms excludes statutory guarantees, consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

18. Liability and Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, each party is responsible for losses caused by its own breach of these terms or unlawful conduct.

You agree to cooperate reasonably in resolving claims arising from materials you submit, including claims that such materials infringe third-party rights. Any claim for reimbursement or indemnity is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and the circumstances of the claim.

Nothing in this section excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any legally permitted limitation must be interpreted accordingly.

19. Privacy and Personal Information

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the PackagingWala Privacy Policy. By using the website, you acknowledge that information may be processed as described there and as permitted by applicable law.

Please review our Privacy Policy for further information about personal data, account information, orders, payment-related records and product registration.

20. Electronic Communications

Where permitted by law, you agree that order confirmations, service updates, notices and other transaction-related communications may be provided electronically, including by email or through your customer account. Keep your contact details current and check communications relating to your orders.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes to our services, website functionality or legal requirements. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Changes will apply as permitted by law, and any required notice or consent will be obtained where applicable.
